AYODHYA, INDIA, January 4, 2023 (ThePrint): The temple town of Ayodhya is in a state of transition these days. One can see massive construction going on almost everywhere around the temple town, where the Ram temple is coming up. ThePrint went inside the Ram temple premises to see first hand the grand temple that is being built. Frenetic work is going on round the clock to complete the garbhagriha or the sanctum sanctorum of the temple and open it to devotees on January 2024, after Makar Sankranti.
HPI Note: that opening date would seem rather ambitious given that the temple is only on its fourth and fifth course of stones now as seen in this video made a few days ago.
