USA, February 4, 2024 (X, amit agarwal): Hundreds of churches were reconverted from mosques in Greece and other Eastern European countries in 1900s, without opposition. This X post has eleven examples. The first is on the Greek Parthenon, originally a pagan temple. In the 6th century it was converted to a Church, then in the 15th into a mosque. That mosque was demolished in 1932 after Greek independence.
